Betting Rules – General & Product

1. GENERAL
- 1.1. Any Capitalised terms not otherwise defined within these Betting Rules – General & Product adopt the defined terms presented in the General Terms & Conditions - https://bookihq.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/51000260138-general-terms-and-conditions
- 1.2. We reserve the right to cancel any bet where We consider the bet is unfairly advantaged in regards to starting times of events.
- 1.3. Our products and bet types are intended to be used by You in good faith, sincerely, without fraud and only for the purpose of placing bets with Us for recreation and entertainment.
2. ERRORS
- 2.1. We endeavour to ensure that no errors are made in setting markets including but not limited to errors in prices offered, available selections offered, bets accepted on an account or any errors in exclusions for certain selections. However, We reserve the right to correct errors and to void any bets prior to or after an event in circumstances where a bet has been accepted and where there has been a material technical, human or other error in setting a market and/or in accepting a bet.
- 2.2. Where a bet is voided by Us prior to an event commencing, We will endeavour to contact You by email promptly to inform You that the bet has been voided.
- 2.3. For the purposes of 2.2, an error in setting a market or accepting a bet will be material in any of the following circumstances.
- 2.3.1. the price struck for a bet is materially greater than a price historically offered on the same or a similar market by Us or a competitor;
- 2.3.2. there is an error in the price of at least one selection which forms part of a multiple bet; the combined effect of which results in a materially erroneous price;
- 2.3.3. the available selection(s) on a market are so different from the selection(s) historically offered on the same or a similar market by Us or a competitor bookmaker; or
- 2.3.4. a person with a good understanding of wagering would reasonably understand that there was an error in a relevant market or in the acceptance of the bet.
3. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT
- 3.1. We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to determine that You are not eligible for certain products, bet types or promotions.
- 3.2. We reserve the right to close or suspend the accounts of, and/or void or allow to stand any or all bets made by any person where, in Our reasonable opinion, the account has not been operated with integrity and/or the bet has not been placed on a good faith basis including (without limitation) where a person:
- 3.2.1. knowingly exploits, or intentionally seeks, to exploit a market or a rule (including by deception);
- 3.2.2. seeks to manipulate the outcome of a market (whether or not for personal gain);
- 3.2.3. receives an unjust advantage from information which is not known to the public; or
- 3.2.4. intentionally abuses an inadvertent error in the description of a market (whether before or after We correct the relevant descriptor).
4. SAME GAME MULTI RULES
- 4.1. Same Game Multis are Multi Bets where the selections relate to the same event.
- 4.2. Multi Bet Rules apply in respect of 'Same Game Multis', except for:
- 4.2.1. Same Game Multis odds are calculated based on the relatedness of the selections in the bet and not a multiplication of odds for each selection;
- 4.2.2. if a Same Game Multi bet is placed where all selections are completely related contingencies, the bet will be paid out at the highest odds of any single selection. For example:
- (a) Man Utd to win $1.40 into Man Utd to win 3-0 $21 will be paid at $2;
- (b) Clayton Oliver to get 30 or more disposals $1.50 into Clayton Oliver to get 35 or more disposals $5 will be paid at $5;
- 4.2.3. in the event one or more selections are voided in a Same Game Multi, the bet will be cancelled and stake refunded to You;
- 4.2.4. maximum payout for a Sport or Sport/Racing combination Same Game Multi is AUD $250,000;
- 4.2.5. maximum Multi Bet payout limits apply to anyone who, in Our sole opinion may be acting together, who have placed bets containing the same selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. In such cases, the total payout across all bets/channels/accounts will not exceed the maximum payout limit of AUD$250,000;
- 4.2.6. should You place a subsequent Same Game Multis that reflects the initial Same Game Multis and will result in You exceeding the $250,000 payout maximum, the additional Same Game Multis will be void and wagers refunded; and
- 4.2.7 in the event of a dead heat in one or more Same Game Multi legs, standard Dead Heat Rules apply.
5. MULTIBET RULES
- 5.1. A MultiBet (also known as a Multiple Bet, Parlay, or All Up) is where You can select more than one event or competitors in sporting and racing events. For a combination sport/racing MultiBet, the MultiBet must have a minimum of one sporting event included. Each of the odds are multiplied to increase the total dividend. For Example, a wager of $20 placed on the following four leg MultiBet would return $9147.60 including the initial stake:
- 5.1.1. Selection 1: AFL H2H at $3.30;
- 5.1.2. Selection 2: NRL H2H at $5;
- 5.1.3. Selection 3: A golfer in the Masters to win at $6.30;
- 5.1.4. Selection 4: Horse to win the Melbourne Cup at $4.40;
- 5.1.5. Total dividend: $457.38 ($3.30 x $5.00 x $6.30 x $4.40).
- 5.2. Should one runner be scratched or per the individual sporting event rules referring to cancellation or postponement, MultiBets may be recalculated excluding that event or leg and the wager on the remaining selection and the initial stake will stand.
- 5.3. Except for Same Game Multis, multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If such bets are inadvertently accepted, We reserve the right to declare the whole MultiBet void and funds will be refunded to Your account.
- 5.4. Maximum odds/dividends for a Sport or Sport/Racing combination MultiBet is AUD$10,001.
- 5.5. Maximum MultiBet odds/dividends limits apply to anyone, who in Our sole opinion may be acting together, who have placed bets containing the same selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. In such cases, the total payout across all bets/channels/accounts will not exceed the maximum odds/dividend limit of AUD$10,001.
- 5.6. Should You place a subsequent MultiBet that reflects the initial MultiBet and will result in You exceeding the maximum odds/dividend limit of $10,001, the additional MultiBets will be void and wagers refunded.
- 5.7. In the event of a dead heat in one or more MultiBet legs, standard Dead Heat Rules apply.
6. MAXIMUM PAYOUTS
- 6.1. Without prior negotiation, the maximum payout to any one individual or entity (or group deemed by Us to be acting on behalf of any one individual or entity) on a fixed odds single, Same Game MultiBet or MultiBet on any of the sports or other events listed in Our Betting Rules - Sports & Novelties shall be limited to $250.000.00.
7. BOOST UP
- 7.1. Boost Up allows You to place a fixed odds bet at increased odds.
- 7.2. Boost Up may be available to You on certain sporting and racing events. When You select Boost Up, the increased fixed odds available for You to place Your bet will appear. If You wish to place Your bet at the Boost Up odds that appear, You must select Boost Up to place Your bet. If You do not wish to place Your bet using Boost Up, You must deselect Boost Up.
- 7.3. The number of Boost Up’s which may be made available in any day will vary. Any unused Boost Up’s allocated to You will expire on a daily basis. You can only use Your allocated number of Boost Up’s in any given 24-hour period. No correspondence will be entered into about this.
- 7.4. Boost Up is only available to genuine, recreational punters who at all times act in good faith. Boost Up not available to arbitrage or professional punters.
- 7.5. We reserve the right to disallow or disqualify You from using Boost Up where Your usage and volume indicate You have breached, abused or undermined any or all of our Betting Rules, any additional terms and conditions, the spirit or intent of the Boost Up options or any of Our Terms and Conditions (including Our General T&Cs).
- 7.6. If there is a difference in the name identified with Your account and the name identified with Your deposit method (e.g. name on credit card), You may be ineligible for Boost Up and Boost Up may be withdrawn or invalidated.
- 7.7. To avoid the abuse of promotions offered by Us from time to time, Boost Up is not available together with promotions such as bonus bets or any bets placed which would qualify customers to receive a bonus bet or promotion.
- 7.8. Bets placed together with Boost Up options are subject to our usual customer restrictions, liability and trading limits also apply.
- 7.9. A bet placed together with Boost Up is not accepted until You receive a bet confirmation. If there is any failure or malfunction, a bet may be paid at the regular odds.
- 7.10. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or remove the availability of Boost Up at any time, on any market or to any customer.
- 7.11. We reserve the right to restrict the use of Boost Up to certain sports and racing markets at Our discretion.
- 7.12. We reserve the right to limit the maximum accumulation of Boost Ups to five (5) racing and five (5) Sport.
- 7.13. The max bet per Boost Up is at Our discretion.
- 7.14. The daily allocation of Boost Up per client is at Our discretion.
8. DEAD HEAT RULES
- 8.1. In the event of a tie/draw/dead heat where no 'draw' option was offered by Us on such outcome, wagers will be paid at face value of the ticket (total payout figure including the initial stake) divided by the number of competitors drawing for that placing.
- 8.2. In the event for which Each Way or Place betting is available, place ties will be paid such that the Place portion of the face value of the ticket is multiplied by the remaining number of places available and divided by the number of competitors tying for those available number of placings.
- 8.3. In the event of a tie/dead heat where ‘tie’ or 'draw' odds were offered by Us, then all Win and/or Place wagers are unsuccessful and the ‘tie’ or ‘draw’ option is the successful wager. Where the ‘tie’ or ‘draw’ option is offered, the bet is decided on the result at the end of normal time for all sports unless stated otherwise.
9. ALL-IN-BETTING
- 9.1. 'All-In' means that regardless of whether or not a particular competitor or team or member of a team starts or completes the event on which a bet is placed, all bets stand and no refunds will be payable.
