Withdrawals are paid Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

If your withdrawal request is received by 11AM Sydney Time your withdraw will be processed the same day.

If your withdrawal request is received after 11AM Sydney Time your withdraw will be processed the next day.

While withdrawals are processed promptly by us, it can take up to a day for you to receive your funds depending on the financial institution involved.
